to build and sell homes over the coming
3 to 7 years.
The site.
Delacour is a hamlet in Rocky View County. It is located 10 km east of the City of Calgary. The hamlet features a creek valley setting. A short 6-minute drive to the East Stony Trail ring road, the Delacour golf and housing community will be similar driving distances as Bearspaw, Lynx Ridge, Mickelson North, Elbow Springs, Sirocco and Heritage Pointe.
Delacour is a 6-minute drive east of the new Stoney Trail ring road on Country Hills Blvd, 18 minutes from Calgary International Airport, 10 minutes from Cross Iron Mills, and 30 minutes from downtown Calgary.
The Golf Club at Delacour Crossing is a hidden gem enjoyed by local golf enthusiasts. It is a links style course of over 7,100 yards with some of the best fairways and greens in southern Alberta. The Golf Club will remain a semi-private course with private-like benefits.

Named after the foreman of the Grand Trunk Railway, the hamlet of Delacour was established with a small store and local
post office over 110 years ago and served as the commercial hub for the neighbouring farm community. As in most rural western communities,
the introduction of the railway, and the construction of the irrigation canal encouraged agricultural settlement in the area.
